This 8-visit program is for you if you are experiencing: peeing your pants with exercise, coughing, laughing, sneezing, during sex, or when you have to pee but cannot hold it in. This is for you if you have just started with the symptoms or have been living with them for years. By identifying what exactly is causing your symptoms and then making the necessary changes, you can be free from this embarrassing problem! This 12 visit program is for you if you have EVER experienced pain with sex, or you are experiencing pain with sex currently. In this program, we will find what is causing your pain and create a treatment approach that involves both you and your partner, homework and activities, as well as mindset assistance throughout the treatments. This program also includes access to my Online "Your Vagina Matters" Community.
This 12 Visit program is for you if you suspect or have been diagnoseD with diastasis recti. This is a very detailed and individualized program that entails learning and using your breathe, core, and pelvic floor to your benefit and properly so you can continue to exercise without increasing the symptoms. This program is also for you if you are continuing to experience that dreaded "mommy pooch" after giving birth. You will also gain access to the Core UPGRADE program.
This program includes 12 visits tailored towards preparing yourself, your partner, your mind, and your body for labor and delivery. This program goes into detail everything you need to know about your pelvic floor, prevention of impairments and dysfunctions, as well as educating you on your choices and options during the process. You will also gain access to the ONLINE Labor and Delivery Prep course!
This is a 12 Visit program for those who feel they may have prolapse or have been diagnosed with prolapse and want to continue exercising without symptoms or worsening of their symptoms. Prolapse is where there is tissue coming from the inside to the outside of the vagina and/or rectum. This will also include access to one of the online programs (your choice).
