Core UPGRADE is an online program that will be accessible through Kajabi platform. After purchasing, you will receive an email with login information and instructions on how to login to your account. Once you login, you will see the course on your platform. Any PDF or downloadable item will be in the modules! There is also an app you can download to allow you to access the program on your phone or tablet as well!

You can send an email with your request to [email protected] and the reason you would like the refund and we will remedy the issue immediately!

Yes! In fact, we encourage you to keep your normal workout routine and add this program into what you are already doing! You will want to be sure that you pay attention to any symptoms you have and be cautious if you are doing CrossFit or high intensity workouts!!

The program is created with the postpartum phase in mind, however, if you are pregnant you are safe to perform the modifications of each workout! 

Building strength and regaining support are important for any stage postpartum! It doesn't matter how far postpartum you are, it can totally benefit you!

We recommend getting cleared by your medical provider prior to performing this workout. Minimum time frame to begin would be 6 weeks, recommended unless you are working with another provider who is helping you get there sooner!

YEEEESS!!!! Pelvic floor and core strengthening and support is important for all women. Even if we've created this program with postpartum ladies in mind, it will still be beneficial for those without children!
