SECOND DAY- EAT MORE CHICKEN

Today was a tough day. Not only mentally. But physically. Emotionally. I was overwhelmed. I was stressed. I was fatigued. I started my menstrual cycle. I felt awful all day. I couldn’t eat most of the day because of nausea from my cramps and from being so stressed my stomach was upset.
But I stuck to it.
Exercise of the day:
Tabata workout (20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest for 4 rounds)

  1. Push ups

  2. Sit ups with weight

  3. Squat jumps

  4. Lunge walks

  5. Burpee

Lots of cardio. Tons of movement. It helped distress me and made me feel so much better just by moving. After that I started to get a little hungry. By the time I got home, I was so tired I didn’t even want to cook but knew I had to.
I had been running low on groceries so I made the following:

  • I took chicken thighs and cooked them in an iron skillet with avocado oil.

  • I then added broccoli to the pan. With salt and pepper.

  • Then I put buffalo sauce all over this (I like spicey stuff…dont judge me!)

  • Then I put cooked cauliflower rice (green giant frozen kind) on top.

I must apologize for not getting a picture. I was so tired and hungry I did not even think of it.
It was delicious. Lots of veggies. Low fat. Protein. I was full and had some for lunch.
I am now going to go meditate and hope to fall asleep as I prepare for a better day tomorrow!!!
