I am impressed. I am truly surprised at the amount of energy I have, and at the focus I am able to maintain. I had a harder time getting out of bed this morning, so a little more fatigue, but I have been on top of my game all day. The increased fatigue this morning was most likely due to heightened stress.
Due to the amount of stress in my life increasing this week, my appetite has continued to be less than what is normal for me, so I did not eat a lot. My day consisted of 2 boiled eggs and a cup of berries, an IdealShape meal replacement, a small amount of almonds, and some ground turkey burger on a bed of greens tonight. I continue to drink 3 x 32 ounces of water and work out each day.
This morning, I was unable to make it up at 5 AM to get my workout in so I had to do it when I got home at 7:30 PM. It was pilates day, and boy did it kick my butt. It was really something that made my entire stomach and hips burn. I will be utilizing some of these exercises in my treatments now.
Again, I have not been hungry at all. I’ve been feeling really good. I’m excited to continue seeing the progress. I am learning to pay most attention to labels on things you buy at the store. I’m paying much more attention to my conversations with people, especially with patients, about their eating habits. Goodness, nutrition seems to be the most important thing! I mentioned this before, and wanted to say it again, I do not eat terribly typically, however recently I’ve been curious about whether or not I can control any of the symptoms I’ve been having with my diet. I am positive it can improve just by diet. But I’m doing exercise too, so I’m pumped.
Things I’ve noticed: Other than what I’ve already mentioned:
I’ve dealt with the stress of the week so much healthier than typical for me.
I’ve slept better.
I feel like I’m in a better mood.
I’m focusing much more clearly.
I do not feel bloated at all.
My skin has cleared up on my face.
My scalp has started to improve.
My pants are already fitting loosely.
I’m so excited to see the continued progress! Thank you for following!!!
