Be grateful for being able to breathe. Be grateful for having your loved ones nearby. Be grateful for everything you have.

Live in this moment. Live for today. Do not take it for granted. You never know if you will get tomorrow. You never know if you will wake up to your loved ones tomorrow.
Don’t miss out on opportunities to love due to caring about what others think or caring about things that don’t matter. You have the ability to love. You never know what someone else is going through.

Take the rude look on your face, negative thoughts in your head, and smile. Just smile at the people you pass.

Take care of your body. Love your body. You only get one.
