Why Your Relationship with Your Vagina Should Include These 3 Tips!

No, i'm not crazy. Nor am I voodoo or making things up. 

I have had so many patients tell me this week that they have broken up with their vagina. Or they do not like to connect with that part of their body anymore. 

It is so sad and no a positive or healthy thought process. There are many reasons why we may want to break up with our vagina, for me it was the sexual assault. I saw it as a negative thing. 

But you have to put in some work in order to truly be a whole and beautiful human. So i'm sharing with you 3 tips to date your vagina again. 

  1. Look at her. Take a handheld mirror and look at her. Pay attention to what she looks like so you always know what is normal and what is not normal. 
  2. Touch Her. I know, sounds kind of kinky. But this can make the world of a difference. THis is huge if you've given birth and are having a hard time getting back into having sex with your husband. You want to start from the outside in. Gently touch around where the hair is, touch around the labia, then check things out. Have fun with this, it's a beautiful thing!
  3. Let her be naked. Walk around without clothes if you can. Or wear shorts without underwear to let her breathe. She needs air and she deserves to have access to the world too!

Take those 3 tips and I can almost guarantee you will have a better relationship with your vagina!
