MINI HOLD!

Just a quick update: I know I have 5 more days of my 20 day post a workout and recipe, however, I have a conference this weekend and with the mingling, networking, taking in information, meet ups, and the amount of LIVE videos I will be taking, I am going to wait to continue on Tuesday to complete the five days.
Sometimes it’s important that you take time to be a better you. Being around the people I’m going to be around are going to help advance my dreams and goals.
So, once I’m back I can promise you will be glad I took that short break!!!
