8th Day for Goodness Sake

Today was a good day. Not because of circumstances but because of my mindset. I’m understanding the importance of keeping people around you close and making sure you are around the RIGHT people. If you are around people who are unhappy with where they are or are not succeeding, then chances are that will rub off on you. If you surround yourself with people who are WINNING and making success, you will succeed. Point blank.
Now, for my recipe today I got creative. I really wanted to have some fish but I do not like to buy fish from another country. I came across a little fish store close to where I live and I went and got some red grouper. I made the red grouper with risotto mixed with mushrooms (it was a package in the rice aisle) and had sauteed green beans with gluten free soy sauce. It was delicious. For spice, I used the typical old bay seasoning:
Rub this on fish or chicken!
I’ve used it on chicken too and it is delicious. I cooked my fish in an iron skillet:

I recommend the cast iron skillet with the handle cover. I’ve burnt myself way too many times….
Now, as far as exercise goes. My body has been exhausted. So, I just stuck with some yoga. I actually have an app called “Down Dog” on my phone and I set it for a 20 minute session to improve my flexibility and decrease my stress.
