I was so lucky to find Kaylee through a Facebook live that she did with my chiropractor. She was talking about post partum issues that women have and how she specialized in pelvic floor PT. I gave birth to a 9 pound baby in November and i was experiencing some symptoms during my recovery and wanted to seek out a professional to help me heal the best way possible. She met with me first to learn about my issues and tell me what she was about. I liked what I heard and went on to do the sessions with her and she identified what I needed to work on and walked me through the therapy that helped me finish healing. Dr. Kaylee is absolutely incredible! This is actually my second time doing Pelvic Floor PT, but my first time going through it with Dr. Kaylee. My first time around, I went through it a couple of months post partum. I did find it informative, but I didn't find that it actually addressed the root cause of my issues. Now that I'm going through this the second time around with Dr. Kaylee I've seen, within just 4-6 wks, a lot of improvements. And, I'd probably see more if I were 100% compliant, but I'm closer to 80% compliant at the moment. My main goals in working with Dr. Kaylee have been: correct incontinence during jumping exercises, correct hip snapping, have my hips and pelvis in tip top shape so that when I have my second or even my third, it's an easier, faster birth. So far, I'm experiencing much less incontinence while jumping, improved breathing and less pain in the r side of my back when I breathe deeply, and less hip snapping. Thank you Dr. Kaylee!
